Experts are warming that the catastrophic risk that humans are facing health wise due to climate change has been underestimated significantly, this is according to experts.
Over the year sphere have been a huge debate when it comes to globally warming, many do believe that globally warming is a mother despite the fact that we see its evidence on a day-to-day basis. That said experts are now warning that it might actually have a negative effect on our health. So how is this possible? Well according to the experts the increase in intensity as well as frequency together with the extreme weather events that we witness on a day-to-day basis especially storms, floods heat waves as well as drought are just of the main factors that pose a risk to human a health.
To add-on to that it is expected that climate change will at a global point in that it will bring with it lots of infections, drought, malnutrition, war. Food insecurity among many other things. But their is hope, according to there report we are in position where by we can tackle climate change while at the same time improving global health.
The report was prepared by researchers from the Lancet medical journal and the University College of London. Whether this is bound to be can only be known with time but as for now, they calling for each and every person to play their part in tackling global warming.
